Excellent service ! The driver was on time for both pick-ups (even though our flight arrived early and he had heavy traffic, he still made it on time). When he dropped us in Herrenberg, the Christmas Market was being set up right outside our Hotel and he managed to get us as close as possible and collected us from right outside the front door. The driver was very pleasant to talk to and helped us with information on the local area. Overall, we were VERY PLEASED with the service.

Excellent service, the driver was there waiting when we arrived in Berlin who took us straight to our hotel. Our return trip was excellent too, as we were checking out our driver arrived we had no waiting around as he had arrived 5minutes early. Both drivers were polite and helped with our bags too. Faultless service. We would definitely recommend it to others. The price we thought was good too in comparison with shared transport it only worked out 3 euros more for the private transfer which to us was worth it.

Everything was perfect, also with the problem of my flight who arrives 1.30 hours later. AQnd then 1 hr. more waiting for the luggage. Perfect is the word.

Nos trataron muy bien , se nos perdio una maleta, y el conductor nos estubo esperando hasta que lo solucionabamos, nos trato muy educadamente y mis hijas se pudieron entender bien un poco en ingles , frances e italiano pero muy bien y al recogernos para la vuelta, ya estaba esperandonos 15 minutos antes para que no perdiesemos el avion, y el precio era el que habiamos contrarado por internet, de un coche normal, y fue con una monovolumen nuevecita y muy limpita, muy contentos y agradecidos
