After being let down by another company at the last minute, I was pleasantly surprised how helpful you were in providing me with an alternative, and personally calling to confirm the booking putting my mind at ease. My flight was also considerably delayed, I did call to advise and my driver was waiting for us at the airport who was monitoring the flight Great service, very friendly abd extremely efficient.

10 out 10 should describe the positive experience, but here are some extra words. The driver was waiting near the door with a welcome board with my name. He had parked the car so that we only had a very short walk. He clearly explained the "political demonstrations" happening in Leipzig and that we had nothing to worry about. He also explained why he was taking us along some small dark roads in the city. It was because the police and demonstrators had closed off the big well lit road. He seemed genuinely surprised and grateful when I gave him more money than our agreed fee.

On arrival the Driver was waiting for us and helped with loading the luggage. During our stay we realised we might be leaving too late as we hadn't allowed for huge amounts of traffic on the road (busiest day of people heading home after New Years holidays) . I rang the office and they agreed that the driver would arrive earlier, following it up with an email confirmation. The driver arrived on time and made different diversions so as to avoid the traffic jams. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends !
