We booked online which was simple and easy; we received a confirmation right away with our driver\'s name and phone number. We were delayed getting into Munich and our driver was there waiting for us in the arrivals hall. We booked our return to the Munich airport and received the same excellent service. Our flight was early morning which meant booking a taxi at 4:30am. Our driver was there 15 minutes early and waiting for us when we came out of our hotel. Safe, courteous, reliable, efficient, clean and comfortable vehicle. Excellent service and would highly recommend!

He was on time waiting for us,; had an iPad with our name; pleasant and courteous individual; spoke English well and we maintained a great conversation. He handled our luggage even up a steep staircase because the lobby of the hotel was on the 1st floor and we didn’t realize that there was a lift in the back (this was an old house converted into a small hotel). However, the best part was that he stayed with us while we were checking in and when the issue arose that we did not have a reservation, never mind pre-paid, as our name was not on the reservation list he offered to stay with us just in case we needed to go somewhere else. I will give Stavros 100 out of 100 marks. Well done indeed. Mike
