We used your service on Tuesday to get from Dusseldorf to Gelsenkirchen and back again, and I just wanted to compliment your company on the service provided. The driver was friendly, right on time for both pick-ups, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. This was the first time I had used a service of this type and I was anxious about it. However, everything went very smoothly, the driver was waiting for me with a sign and made me feel quite safe. It was a long journey and very busy at the start of the journey but I was not at all concerned. The driver came in to the hotel reception with me to confirm everthing was ok before he left. All in all a very positive experience.

Although we made our reservations months in advance, there was no need to monitor. Our driver was there waiting for us just as promised. It was a wonderful feeling after an all-night flight from the USA.

Wonderfull service. A special thankyou for "Dianna" whom I spoke with on the telephone regarding my booking she was very kind, helpful and extremely expert... please convey our thanks to her . The driver was waiting for us at the arrival gate was very polite and helpful and also retuned to pick us on the date an time booked and agreed.We were a party of 5 persons and had a wonderfull relaxing journey to and from the airport to our destination. We will look forward to using your excellent transfer service again.
