Transfers-germany.de guarantees you lowest possible price for your transfer price on the market.

If you found the same online transfer at a lower price, after booking through our site:
• Don’t cancel your reservation.
• Contact our customer service.
• The lower price transfer should still be bookable and available online, when we check.
• The lower price should contain the same service that you’ve booked with Transfers-germany.de.

That means, it should be:
- the same vehicle type
- in the same period
- under same booking conditions

If these terms are matching, we commit ourselves to return the price difference. If the lower price transfer cannot match these terms, you keep your existing reservation - including the cancellation policy.

Sorry, there is no Best Price Guarantee if:

• You’ve booked a transfer service through or in combination with:
- Membership rates
- Frequent stay
- Loyalty points
- Other 'reward' type programs or special promotions
